Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TextToVideo.me.
1. Agreement
By accessing TextToVideo.me (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. What the Service Provides
TextToVideo.me currently provides AI image generation (still frames) from text descriptions. The "video generation" feature is not yet available and is anticipated as a future offering. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to change, delay, or cancel the video feature at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that:
- Sexualizes minors in any form (strictly prohibited — zero tolerance)
- Defames, harasses, or impersonates real individuals without consent
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property (copyrighted characters, trademarked logos)
- Constitutes disinformation intended to deceive the public in elections or public health contexts
- Is designed to train competing AI models without explicit permission
4. Free Tier Limits
The free tier provides 5 frame generations per IP address per calendar day. This limit may not be circumvented through VPNs, proxy servers, IP rotation, or similar technical means. Circumvention violates these Terms and may result in a permanent ban.
5. Waitlist
Submitting your email to the waitlist does not create a contract or guarantee of any service level. Waitlist positions are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify the waitlist criteria at any time.
6. Output Ownership
Generated frames are produced by third-party AI models via OpenRouter. You receive a non-exclusive license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. We make no warranty regarding copyright ownership of AI-generated content.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream model provider outages may affect frame generation. We are not liable for business losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEXTTOVIDEO MEDIA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $50 USD IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
